Get ready for a sophisticated evening of glamour and mystery, Monte Carlo style! All proceeds support the Chorale's award-winning concerts and vibrant educational outreach programs. Costumes or formal attire and masks are encouraged but not required.

Choose from one of three options for the plated dinner, all of which will be served with seasonal vegetables: grilled chicken breast with ginger glaze, served with rice pilaf; or grilled and sliced tri-tip with Malbec reduction, served with garlic mashed potatoes; or Panko-dusted and broiled cod with lemon beurre noisette, served with rice pilaf.
